Remi (Rem) was the inaugural employee at Iron Gate, where she significantly influenced the company's development and operational strategies from the very beginning. With over 20 years of experience as a skilled operations manager and a natural affinity for connecting with people, she excels at enhancing efficiency, streamlining processes, and leading top-performing teams. Currently serving as the VP of Western Operations and based in Calgary, Remi combines a strategic outlook with a hands-on approach to tackle intricate challenges while fostering consistent growth and performance. Outside of the office, Remi is deeply passionate about animal welfare, particularly dog rescue. She dedicates time and resources to supporting her charity Sula Society in Mexico.
