Alexandre Jipa is an aerospace professional and a wine consultant. He has been involved in the world of wine for the last 30 years. He started out with wine appreciation & wine tasting technique courses at the University of Montreal and
then undertook a series of vineyard tours in Europe and California.


Alexandre has been offering wine consulting services since 1995. His current activities include helping restaurants improve their wine selections, teaching wine
appreciation courses, organizing thematic wine tastings, lecturing at corporate events, and private wine cellar management.

Brad Royale is a Sommelier and event consultant based in Calgary, Alberta. Royale works with restaurants, hotels and trade organizations in British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba. Royale holds Diploma credentials from the International Sommelier Guild and WSET.

Known for discerning tasting skills, Royale has been a professional wine judge for 18 years, retained by Wine Access, Culinaire, Wine and Spirits Magazine and WineAlign. Royale has won awards for his wine programs from Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, World of Fine Wine (Three Stars, one of only 4 in Canada) and is the most awarded sommelier at The Vancouver Wine Festival. 

In 2012 Royale launched Kitten Swish, a micro-negociant wine company curating wines from Europe, United States, and Canada. Royale has been a consistent talent in the Canadian wine scene for 24 years.
