Tasting Notes

An exceptional effort, the 1999 Burdese (Cabernet Sauvignon) reveals Cabernet's complexity in its tobacco, cedar, herb-tinged, black currant, and toasty new oak-scented bouquet. There is structure in the mouth, along with moderately high tannin, medium to full body, and sweet fatness in the mid-palate. This complex Cabernet Sauvignon will benefit from 2-3 years of cellaring and keep for 12-15.

Provenance

This Toronto collector has come to IronGate.Wine with a great selection of perfectly-stored, ready to drink Australian Shiraz that is priced to sell. It comes with a smaller allowance of Chablis Premier Cru, Bordeaux, and Alexander Valley Cabernet.
