WINE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At IronGate.Wine we are committed to providing you with the best delivery experience and have teamed up with Buffalo Wine Storage and Shipping and leading courier partners to deliver your investment to you in the safest manner possible

Buyer acknowledges they are authorizing Buffalo Wine Storage and Shipping to arrange for the shipment of their order on the buyer’s behalf. As such, IronGate.Wine nor Buffalo Wine Storage and Shipping are neither the owners nor shippers of the shipment.

It is important to note that at the time of checkout, IronGate.Wine can only include courier costs to the following states;

  • New York
  • Alaska
  • DC

If you do not live in one of those states, Buffalo Wine Storage and Shipping will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

Because the wines you buy from IronGate.Wine are from private collections (see: ‘Your Purchase’) the processing and shipping of your order can take up to 14 days. When checking out, various delivery methods and times are available. This refers to the courier partner’s delivery once your purchase has left our Canadian warehouse and arrived at our facility in Depew, New York.

Should you require expedited shipping please contact one of our IronGate.Wine concierge team members at cs@irongatewine.com or 1-844-869-WINE(9463) and we will see what we can arrange to accommodate you.

We will attempt to ship your wines when the weather is best to protect the integrity of your investment. This may add delivery time to your order. To ensure the integrity of your wines purchased on IronGate.Wine we are happy to hold your wines in our vault for up to 90 days, at no extra charge.

All shipping packaging has been tested with Federal Express and full insurance is included on every shipment, full value, for breakage or loss during transit.

IronGate.Wine, Buffalo Wine Storage and Shipping and our courier partners strive to ensure the most secure delivery of your investment possible. Some minor deterioration of labels and wax coatings can occur during shipping and are not the responsibility of IronGate.Wine nor the shipping partners and are not covered by insurance.

Shipments will only be sent once full payment has been processed.

WINE CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

IronGate.Wine’s goal is to ensure the quality of all wines shipped to you. All wines are sold as is and all sales are final.

IronGate.Wine strives for order accuracy and will reconcile any incorrect shipments. Please contact the IronGate.Wine concierge team if you have any questions.

IronGate.Wine will only accept returns on orders within 30 days of purchase and a 15% restocking fee and all associated shipping costs will be charged.

IronGate.Wine will not accept returns on bottles that have been opened or damaged.

All shipments ‘not deliverable’ can be reshipped with additional shipping charges or returned with a 15% restocking fee and all associated shipping costs charged.
